Accumulate the most points in the different stages of the season rounds and become the Division Champion. In Challenger Division I round 1 the processor choice is limited to Core i7 series (non-HEDT). The graphics card choice is limited to single GPU graphics cards (excl Titan). Hello, Is Intel Xeon X5690 on P6T considered as a server and thus not allowed? I'm asking because those chips were sold for workstations ... And I'm a bit confused. Sorry.

Tbh I consider 1366 to be HEDT - are we allowing HEDT in all the divisions now?
Just so you know, 775 was considered HEDT at one time.
1366 is 10+ years old now.
X58 has consumer, and workstation boards available. Only 5520 chipset was considered server / HEDT (SR-2).
Xeon user here as well...question is, should you allow the whole X-line or just the 5698. The six cores are superior on the platform but clearly Server aimed, the 5698 is the oddball.

Why are people able to sub 6700K's to this? LGA1151 is newer than LGA 1150....

Any update about thé use of Xeon cpu's in desktop bords ?

Can everybody live with Xeons up to 6 cores, hard to configure though
Max 6 core's is fijne for me
If you allow x79 than it renders x58 useless.
